We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA) to join our welcoming team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and to play a key role in their educational journey.

SEN TA Role:

As an SEN TA, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
  • Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external specialists to support progress

SEN TA Requirements

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
  • A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
