We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil who is awaiting diagnosis for ADHD. The child needs support with focus, self-regulation, and managing transitions throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supporting children with ADHD and/or ASD.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management.
• Knowledge of strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both learning and personal development.
