We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assitant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This school specialises in supporting students with a diverse range of needs, providing a safe and vibrant learning community with smaller classrooms to ensure learner engagement.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant looking to make a real impact in the lives of students with a diverse range of needs? We are seeking an inspirational Teacher Assistant to join a well-resourced and supportive special school in West London.

• Assist Teacher with engaging, sensory-based lessons tailored to the needs of SLD students.
• Use assistive technology, communication aids, and multi-sensory approaches to enhance learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the physical, sensory, and cognitive needs of students.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

• Experience assisting students with ASD, SLD, MLD, complex needs, or severe disabilities.
• Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, sensory learning strategies, and assistive technology (desirable).
• A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching support.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.

Any health care assistant experience is suited to be able to assist with personal care.
