SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - Temp to Perm - September Start

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in Chiswick. This special needs school support the lives of young autistic individuals by creating a vibrant and safe learning community, working in smaller classrooms to ensure each learner can unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Ensure a personalised approach to teaching support
- Understand how ASD can impact learning and how to overcome challenges
- Support on a 1:1 basis and help with personal care if and when required
- Use positive behaviour techniques
- Assist teacher in planning day to day activities
