SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - September Start - Chiswick - Temp to Perm

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher Assistant looking to help shape the lives of young autistic individuals?

We are currently looking for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a wonderful special needs school based in West London. This school supports learners with a diverse range of learning disabilities, encouraging self regulation, providing a safe and vibrant learning community and making sure each learner can unlock their full potential with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapt teaching support style to better suit the personalised needs of each individual
• Work closely on a 1:1 basis to provide extra support to those most vulnerable
• Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
• Be kind, patient and understanding
