We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school focus on working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and provide a personalised curriculum to ensure each learner can unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Ensure a personalised approach to teaching support
• Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
• Work on a 1:1 basis to ensure each learner can unlock their full potential
• Use positive behaviour techniques when providing teaching support
