SEN Teacher Assistant - Temp to Perm - Chiswick - September Start

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This special needs school is dedicated to to providing a safe and vibrant learning community for each learner to thrive. With a great team of support staff and opportunities for career progression, this would school may be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Ensure a personalised approach when supporting each learner
• Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Support on a 1:1 basis and assist with personal care if needed
