SEN Teaching Assistant - Independent School

A brand new, independent SEN School in the Borough of Ealing is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students on a full-time, long-term basis. This position commences ASAP.

This fantastic provision offers a child-centred approach for pupils aged 5-11 years with ASD and SLD. The curriculum is specifically designed to equip students with the skills needed for adult life, adopting a holistic understanding of development.

Within this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will be responsible for working with learners on a 1:1 basis, helping them through lessons on differentiated curriculums. Due to the nature of the role, previous SEN experience is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Full-Time, Long-Term contract starting ASAP
  • Working closely with Class Teachers to deliver differentiated lessons on the Equals Curriculum
  • Supporting students with SEND (ASD and SLD) on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
  • 110 - 115 per day
  • Based in the Borough of Ealing
