Role Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to tailor support
* Assist in creating and reviewing personalised learning plans
* Foster communication skills, independence, and self-confidence in pupils
* Access to ongoing training and development (ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists or Teachers)

The Ideal Candidate
* A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
* A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEN
* Empathetic, resilient, and proactive
* Experience with children in any capacity (school, voluntary, family) is desirable
* Long-term interest in child development, psychology, or education careers
