Your New Role

You will provide 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with complex special educational needs, including communication and sensory processing challenges. The child benefits from a structured and emotionally supportive approach. You will work closely with the SENCO and wider school team to implement tailored strategies that promote engagement and progress.

What you will need to succeed

  • The right to work in the UK

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within KS1 or EYFS

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to learning support

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
