The Opportunity

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three-form entry primary school in Ealing, seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Key Stage 2 with autism. This is a full-time, 1:1 support role, starting in September 2025 and running through to the end of the academic year - with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role

As the 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support a KS2 pupil with autism in accessing the curriculum

  • Assisting with the child's communication, independence, and social development

  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

  • Contribute to a nurturing and consistent learning environment
