Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Richmond upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.

Support students with Autism, ADHD, and other moderate learning needs.

Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive and patient attitude.
-
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
