Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for experienced TAs to join this SEN school in North London as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a full time, long-term role starting in September 2025 with an opportunity to go permanent.

There is a range of expertise throughout this school, from highly skilled teachers and teaching assistants to a range of teams and leaders. Together they ensure every child's needs are met.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for the below:
- Supporting SEN students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities
- Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student
- Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies
- Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements
To join us and be successful in this role you will ideally need :
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
