Academics are looking for teaching assistants to work in a vibrant and inclusive Primary school located in the Greenwich area. We are looking for passionate teaching assistants who are looking to have a positive impact and enjoy working with pupils with SEN across KS1/KS2.
Position: SEN Teaching assistant
Location: Primary School located in Greenwich
Contract Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday - Immediate start or September start
Daily Rate: £90-£120 (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN including ASD and complex needs.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring students' individual needs are met.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them build confidence and independence.
- Encourage and promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.

Application wourld be most welcome from graduates with experience working with children and in a paid or voluntary setting or experienced teaching assistant with a degree or Level 3 childcare qualification . You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
