The Role:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with autism across EYFS to KS2
• Work 1:1 and in small groups within the school's resource base
• Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions based on individual learning goals
• Help create a positive, nurturing atmosphere that supports academic and personal growth

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism
• Understanding of autism-specific strategies and individualised support approaches
• A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping every child reach their full potential
