The Role:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with autism across EYFS to KS2
- Work 1:1 and in small groups within the school's resource base
- Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions based on individual learning goals
- Help create a positive, nurturing atmosphere that supports academic and personal growth
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism
- Understanding of autism-specific strategies and individualised support approaches
- A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping every child reach their full potential
