A supportive, community-focused primary school in Ealing is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team, providing 1:1 support for a child with Autism. This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity with the potential for the role to carry on into the new academic year.
About the Role:-
Provide consistent, 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism in the Early Years classroom

Adapt activities and resources to suit individual learning and sensory needs

Work alongside teachers and the SEN team to monitor progress and implement support strategies

Help foster social interaction and engagement in class routines

Previous experience working with children with Autism, ideally in an Early Years setting

A patient, empathetic and supportive nature

Strong teamwork and communication skills
