A supportive, community-focused primary school in Ealing is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team, providing 1:1 support for a child with Autism. About the Role:
  • Provide consistent, 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism in the Early Years classroom

  • Adapt activities and resources to suit individual learning and sensory needs

  • Work alongside teachers and the SEN team to monitor progress and implement support strategies

  • Help foster social interaction and engagement in class routines

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism, ideally in an Early Years setting
