Reeson Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a vibrant primary school in Waltham Forest. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and has a calm, supportive approach to working with children who require additional help.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and ensure that pupils with SEN can access the curriculum fully and confidently.

Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs

Based in schools in Leyton, Walthamstow and surrounding areas

Has previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or other settings)

Is confident working with children with autism, behavioural needs, or speech and language difficulties

Is a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant with a genuine interest in helping children thrive

Holds a DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply)
