About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 2, with a strong emphasis on behaviour mentoring and emotional regulation support. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH), or a keen interest in helping pupils develop positive coping strategies.
As part of the role, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and SEN needs.

  • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.

  • Act as a positive role model, fostering resilience and confidence in pupils.
