SEN Teaching Assistant
Pay: 90-112 per day
Full-time/ Term Time only

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant, If you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and want to make a real difference in their educational journey, we'd love to hear from you.
SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
* Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH).
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence.
* Help create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Has experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting).
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
* Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and families.
* Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
* Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Enhances DBS.
