SEN Teaching Assistant

A thriving primary school in Ealing is seeking a versatile and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. You will be working with children with a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, providing both academic and emotional support.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for SEN pupils as well as small group interventions

• Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs

• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions

• Build strong partnerships with staff, parents, and external agencies

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting SEN pupils, particularly Autism, ADHD, or SEMH

• Flexible, patient, and nurturing in approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about ensuring every child reaches their potential
