Responsibilities

* Provide tailored support to SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the school's dedicated provision within Tower Hamlets.
* Deliver one-to-one and small group support, adapting to a range of individual learning needs.
* Reinforce classroom learning and help pupils achieve their personal and academic goals.
* Use positive behaviour strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver cohesive, high-quality support.
* SEN Teaching assistant, assist with personal care where required (e.g., feeding, toileting, or mobility assistance).
