Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the school's dedicated provision in Hackney.

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group support, adapting to a range of individual learning needs.

  • Reinforce classroom learning and help pupils achieve their personal and academic goals.

  • Use positive behaviour strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.

  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver cohesive, high-quality support.
