About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. You'll be working with students who have a range of SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and learning needs, including Autism and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills

  • Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENCO, and external professionals (e.g. Educational Psychologists)

  • Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children across different year groups
