Remedy Education are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to support a specialist SEN academy in Greenwich. The school is a well-established provider for children and young people with complex, low-incidence needs, offering a highly nurturing, structured and personalised learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working with SEN or a strong interest in supporting pupils with complex needs. Daily supply work offers flexibility while still allowing you to make a meaningful difference.

The role:

  • Provide classroom support to students with a range of complex needs

  • Assist with learning activities, therapy sessions and tailored interventions

  • Support pupils with communication, sensory needs and emotional regulation

  • Work closely with teaching staff and specialists to maintain a safe, calm and positive environment

  • Follow individual support plans and contribute to pupil progress throughout the day

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience working with SEN is highly desirable (complex needs, PMLD, ASD, medical needs etc.)

  • Calm, patient and confident supporting pupils with varied learning and physical needs

  • Able to follow guidance and communicate effectively with staff

  • Flexible and reliable - able to commit to daily supply bookings

  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
