Clear Path Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting primary, secondary, and SEN schools across London. We are currently recruitingexperienced SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Workersforimmediate and ongoing opportunities.

We work with a wide range of schools and provisions, including mainstream schools with SEN units, specialist SEN schools, and alternative provisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs)

  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement in learning

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

  • Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school, SEN, or care setting)

  • A patient, reliable, and professional approach

  • Ability to work as part of a school team

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
