Academics is seeking a motivated, caring, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive two-form entry primary school in February, starting February 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school that invests in its staff, celebrates individuality, and provides exceptional support for children with diverse needs.

Position Details
* Location: Hammersmith
* Start Date: February 2026 start
* Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday
* Salary: 95-100 per day

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Deliver effective 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils access learning and make progress
* Work alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver high-quality, consistent support
* Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour using nurturing, child-centred approaches
