Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities Include:
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant, providing in-class and 1:1 support for students with SpLDs will be a big part of this role
- Assisting in the adaptation of resources to meet diverse learning needs
- Supporting the development of students independence and confidence
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver effective interventions
- Monitoring progress and contributing to review meetings
