We're looking for caring, resilient, and proactive individuals to join our vibrant and growing SEN hub based in a secondary setting in Newham.

The hub caters for 30 pupils, each with unique needs. Many are non-verbal, all are amazing, and nearly every child receives 1:1 support to help them access learning in a way that works for them.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly supportive team committed to inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and high-quality education for young people with a wide range of additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Working closely with individual pupils, supporting their learning, communication, and independence

  • Helping to create a calm, engaging, and structured environment

  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families

  • Supporting pupils with verbal and non-verbal communication strategies

  • Providing consistent and nurturing support throughout the school day

What We're Looking For:
  • Some experience in an SEN setting is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team

  • A passion for helping children grow in confidence and succeed

  • Reliability, patience, and a sense of humour!
