SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a well-regarded, creative primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a reliable and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September.

This is a full-time role supporting a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis. The position will run initially until Christmas 2025, with a strong likelihood of continuing through to July 2026, subject to funding and performance.

• Staff are well-supported by a knowledgeable leadership team and dedicated SEND department.

• Supporting a pupil with SEN needs, both inside and outside the classroom.

• Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support strategies.

• Assisting with personal development and maintaining a structured, consistent environment throughout the school day.

• Experience supporting children with additional needs in an educational setting.

• Confident working with children on a 1:1 basis and adapting to their individual learning needs.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the hours of 8.30am - 3.45pm, Monday to Friday.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

• Able to provide two professional references.
