This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-to-one and in small groups, helping to make a lasting impact in the lives of pupils with SEN.

• Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Implementing behaviour plans and using tailored strategies to meet individual needs

• Supporting with learning tasks, sensory activities, and routine transitions

• Liaising with parents and outside professionals as directed by the SENCO

• Experience working with children with SEND, including ASD, ADHD or speech & language needs

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to support

• Excellent communication and teamworking skills

• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
