As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help create a warm, nurturing learning environment where every pupil can succeed. Working closely with teachers and support staff throughout Lewisham and Greenwich you will assist learners with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence and academic development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEN/ALN
Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
Assisting class teachers with adapting tasks and activities
Bringing empathy, patience and enthusiasm to each school day
