We are looking for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day supply cover and long-term support in a specialist secondary schools in South East London.About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SEMH, or other complex needs.
  • A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
