As a SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, and other professionals to provide holistic support
Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure every child reaches their potential
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience working with children with SEN in schools, PRUs, or care settings
Strong understanding of strategies to support children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people
