- Working in an SEMH Secondary School centred around providing exceptional learning for all
- Providing support to teachers and pupils
- Leading 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs
- Upholding the school's core values
The Ideal Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant
- A Uni Grad or those with strong A-Levels
- Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
- A good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
