Your new role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Year 2.
  • Implement strategies for pupils with challenging behaviour, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary setting.
  • Extremely strong and firm behaviour management skills with a calm, consistent approach.
  • Ability to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
