Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?Hays Education is working with a welcoming one-form entry Church of England primary school in Westminster to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Year 4 who are currently working at a Year 1 level.


This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a nurturing approach and a strong understanding of differentiated learning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
  • Help pupils access the curriculum at their developmental level.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development.
