Reeson Education is proud to be working with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Ealing that is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is not only confident in their Early Years practice but also has strong experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and SENCO staff to deliver personalised learning plans, supporting children with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language delays, and developmental challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a nursery or school setting.

  • Someone with patience, creativity, and a strong understanding of inclusive practice.

  • A practitioner who can form positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
