Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English and Maths Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies for English and Maths, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education tailored to their individual needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the English and Maths departments, providing guidance and support to staff.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other SEN professionals to create individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of teaching English and Maths, preferably within a SEN setting.
