Behaviour Mentor | East London | Immediate paid Trial

We are looking for a resolute Behaviour Mentor to work at one of our leading secondary schools in East London. you will be delivering the best support to students aged 11-15. We would require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild moderate SEN and working high functionally .

Location: Waltham Forest, East London

Contract: Temp - Perm

Hours: 08:30 - 15:00

Rate: £95 - £115 per day

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD.
  • Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School.
  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.

Behaviour Mentor | What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
