As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their behaviour and emotional development. You will help to create a positive learning environment by offering guidance, mentoring, and tailored interventions that support good behaviour in the classroom and throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor:

• Work with students on a one-to-one basis to address behavioural challenges

• Collaborate with teachers and senior leadership to develop strategies for managing behaviour

• Implement behaviour management plans and track progress

• Provide mentoring and guidance to students to improve their emotional wellbeing

• Support students in making positive choices and managing their behaviour in school settings
