Behaviour Mentor Wanted - Secondary School in South West London

Are you passionate about supporting students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential? Our vibrant secondary school in South West London is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their behaviour and emotional development. You will help to create a positive learning environment by offering guidance, mentoring, and tailored interventions that support good behaviour in the classroom and throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor:

  • Work with students on a one-to-one basis to address behavioural challenges

  • Collaborate with teachers and senior leadership to develop strategies for managing behaviour
