Behaviour Mentor (SEN)

The Role:

  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour plans.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and report on student behaviour and progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN and behavioural challenges is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
