Location: Hybrid (Canary Wharf, London) | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm | Salary: 30k
Exciting opportunity for a fluent Dutch and English speaker to join a dynamic customer support and community management team, working with a leading global consumer brand.
The Role:
Engage with customers via email, live chat, and social media
Support service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
Collaborate in a fast-paced, supportive environment
You'll Need:
Experience in customer service or community management
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a bonus)
Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr (preferred)
