Are you an experienced and passionate teacher ready to take the next step in your SEND career? This Primary School is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher who will also take on the role of SENCO within the first year. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a new model of alternative provision within a thriving mainstream primary school.

About the Role:

This is a newly created position designed to enhance our SEND provision. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and teach a small class of children with SEND, supported by up to two TAs.
  • Model outstanding SEND practice across the school.
  • Spend mornings teaching and transition to a SENCO role in the afternoons.
  • Be supported in the SENCO role by experienced administrative staff.
