Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to develop and deliver individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
