GSL Education is currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Richmond upon Thames. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to students with diverse special educational needs.

• Differentiate the curriculum to meet individual learning styles and abilities.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting inclusion and respect.

• Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred.

• Prior experience in an SEN school or setting is desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices.

• A proactive, flexible, and patient approach.
