Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons to students with diverse special educational needs.

Differentiate the curriculum to meet individual learning styles and abilities.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting inclusion and respect.

Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred.

Prior experience in an SEN school or setting is desirable.

Excellent knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices.
