About the Role:
- Take charge of a Reception-aged resource base class with around 8 children with diverse additional needs
- Design and deliver creative, needs-led lessons that support individual learning journeys
- Work closely with a strong team of support staff, parents, and external professionals
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds QTS and has prior experience in both EYFS and Special Educational Needs teaching
- Confident in using adaptive teaching methods and developing EHCP-focused plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaborative practice
- Deeply motivated by helping children with SEN reach their full potential
