The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teacher who can:

  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to individual needs

  • Plan and assess using EHCP targets and individual learning plans

  • Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment

  • Work effectively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers

  • Demonstrate resilience, creativity, and a commitment to pupil progress



What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting

  • A good understanding of ASD, communication needs, and/or SEMH

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to inclusion
