SEN Teacher - SE11, Vauxhall - Immediate start

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join an SEMH school in the Vauxhall area, (SE11). The school looks to provide support to students who need specific attention or communication styles.

Facilitating children and young people, KS1-KS2 positions are available for Teachers with Primary and Secondary experience or those who are newly qualified (NQT).

Daily Rate: Paid to scale

Location: Vauxhall, SW11

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate (January 2025)

Class sizes: 8-12 based on provision

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • UK Classroom Experience.
  • Previous SEN / SEMH Experience.
  • Ability to plan and deliver high quality, engaging lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Up to date safeguarding certificate issues within the last year.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold or Process and enhanced DBS certificate registered to the Update Service.
  • Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
