Start Date - September 2025.

We're working in partnership with a vibrant and supportive Primary SEMH school in Hillingdon, seeking a dedicated and skilled SEN Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2025.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you'll be delivering tailored, engaging lessons to primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll be part of a committed and nurturing team that puts the emotional and educational wellbeing of each child at the heart of everything they do.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

  • Proven experience teaching in an SEMH or similar specialist setting.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum, effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Good knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies.
  • The ability to adapt, build relationships and work effectively with staff and students.
  • A creative, empathetic, and consistent teaching style.
  • Full-time availability from September 2025.
