Your Role:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet individual EHCP targets
- Foster a calm, structured learning environment using positive behaviour strategies
- Work closely with families, therapists, and support staff to ensure holistic progress
- Track and celebrate student achievements across academic and personal development
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification
- Experience working with children with autism and/or complex learning needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A reflective, compassionate approach to teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (essential)
